1. Who can sell
Local producers, shops and businesses approved by Shopavix. You need a valid PAN, a bank account in the business or owner’s name, and an identity or shop proof. GST registration is needed where the law requires it. Register on the Become a Seller page, or our team can create your shop for you.
2. Listings
Sell only genuine products that you have the right to sell. Describe them honestly, with real photos, correct weights and sizes, and the price including GST. New products are checked by the Shopavix team before they go live. Prohibited, counterfeit, expired or unsafe goods are not allowed.
3. Spectacle and lens sellers
If you sell frames with lenses, you must make the lenses exactly to the power or prescription on the order, check them before dispatch, and use the customer’s prescription only for that order. Contact the customer through Shopavix if anything is unclear.
4. Orders and shipping
Confirm new orders promptly, pack them safely, and ship within the dispatch time shown to customers (1–3 working days; 5–7 for spectacles with lenses). Add the courier and tracking number for every parcel and keep your stock up to date so customers never buy items you do not have.
5. Returns
Accept returns that follow the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Inspect returned items within 2 working days of receiving them.
6. Commission and payouts
Shopavix deducts the agreed commission from each sale; your dashboard shows the rate and every deduction. Earnings become payable after delivery and once the return period has passed, and are paid to your verified bank account or UPI ID. You can download a statement of your earnings and payouts (PDF or CSV) from your dashboard.
7. Customer data
Use customer names, phone numbers, addresses and prescriptions only to fulfil their orders. Do not contact customers for marketing or share their data with anyone else.
8. Suspension
We may pause or remove a shop for fake or misleading listings, repeated late shipping, poor quality, abuse of customers, or breaking the law. We will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond.
